The Role
Based in the United States, as an SME technical resource in sales process customers, this position provides the solution-level expertise (product capability, product and industry best practices, initial solution architecture guidance, etc.) to support sales of the entire Storyteq platform and related services. With a focus on enterprise solutions for large organisations, the Solution Consultants work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, consulting services, account management, engineering, implementation and customer success, and others to connect customer requirements to our solution capabilities, with the ultimate goal of driving customer value.
