About the Role:

We’re looking for driven, independent Sales Engineers to join our team at BuildingYourBusiness.online, a global Social Media Marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through a strong online presence.

This is a fully remote, commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. You earn $100/month for each client you register — for as long as they remain subscribed to our service. That means 50 active clients = $5,000/month in recurring income.

Your role is to identify business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who can benefit from our full-service Social Media Marketing package and bring them onboard as clients.

What You’ll Be Selling:

Our fixed-price, all-inclusive service at $800/month includes:

• Social Media Management & Strategic Planning
• Content Planning, Creation & Distribution
• Paid Advertising & Optimization
• Community Management
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Monthly Analysis & Reporting

Clients manage their own advertising budget, ensuring full transparency and ease of onboarding.

Ideal Candidates:

• Have strong communication and persuasion skills
• Are comfortable with B2B outreach (especially via LinkedIn, email, or direct messages)
• Have experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations
• Can work independently and manage their own lead pipeline
• Are motivated by recurring, performance-based income
