Job description

Higharc is a VC-backed startup revolutionizing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team with members who have shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B round supported by top venture capital firms and over 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to work closely with our sales team to close new business by addressing prospects' challenges and demonstrating how Higharc provides solutions.

Join a team of leaders from Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, WeWork, and Apple. Our investors and advisors include Spark Capital, Lux Capital, the CPO of Adobe, and the designer of the Nest Thermostat.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Develop comprehensive Process Mapping through deep discovery of processes and workflows, identifying points of value and ROI for each department, to deliver tailored demos at the decision stage.
  2. Manage and refine the Process Mapping exercises, questions, documentation, and templates.
  3. Update relevant CRM data for departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, and facilitate cross-departmental meetings to share insights.
  4. Document meetings and inputs to create ROI documentation, validation, success plans, bespoke demos, and hand-off documents.
  5. Perform customized demos for prospective customers and develop ROI documents, business strategies, Success Plans, and hand-off materials.
About You:

You are passionate about homes, construction, or home design, and thrive in a customer-facing role supporting the sales team through discovery, validation, strategy, and design. You also have:

  • 8+ years of experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry, with a focus on identifying customer needs and ROI.
  • Strong business and consulting skills, ideally within the homebuilding sector.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategies to leverage proprietary data to address customer challenges.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills and experience performing demos.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and product features quickly.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit is preferred.
