Join to apply for the Solutions Consultant: Post-Sales role at Higharc.

Higharc is a VC-backed startup transforming how homes are designed and built. Join a founding team with experience at Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B round supported by top venture capital firms and industry-leading investors in construction and building products.

We seek an experienced Solutions Consultant to work closely with our sales team to close new business by addressing prospects' challenges and demonstrating how Higharc provides solutions.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop Process Mapping, including deep discovery of workflows, to identify value and ROI for each department, enabling tailored demos for prospects at decision stage.
  2. Manage and refine Process Mapping exercises, questions, documentation, and templates.
  3. Update CRM data for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering; facilitate cross-departmental meetings to share insights.
  4. Document meetings and inputs for stakeholders to create ROI documentation, success plans, demos, and hand-off materials.
  5. Perform bespoke demos for prospects and create ROI and business strategy documents.

About You:

You are passionate about homes, construction, or design, and thrive in customer-facing roles supporting sales discovery, validation, strategy, and design. You should have:

  • 8+ years of experience, ideally in homebuilding, with strong skills in identifying customer needs and ROI.
  • Developed business and consulting skills, preferably in homebuilding.
  • Ability to assess complex situations and develop strategies using proprietary data to address customer challenges.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience performing demos.
  • Proven success in learning new technologies and products.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit is a plus.
