Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Director of Technical Publications to lead the consolidation of content estates across platforms and to shepherd complex demonstrations for enterprise customers. The role requires coordinating with product, security, and operations to ensure accurate, current, and compelling demonstration narratives.

You will own the standards for discovery flows, RFx responses, and the evidence that proves value to clients, including migration and integration scenarios across

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation (flight ops, MRO or regulatory domains).
• Strong experience owning customer-facing demonstrations and RFx statements.
• Ability to map customer needs into demonstrable solutions across multi-product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery flows, question libraries, and demonstration narratives.
• Write and maintain demonstration content, golden paths, and proof-of-value narratives.
• Lead multi-product, multi-region demos including TechOps, MRO, and defense aviation scenarios.
