Job summary

Compliancy Group is expanding its Solutions Engineering team to lead migrations from legacy platforms to the unified compliance platform. You will own technical discovery, run deep-dive demos, and create migration sandboxes to help customers move between platforms while aligning with our go-forward roadmap.

The role requires deep technical insight, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear business value for both technical and economic buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineer or equivalent pre-sales role.
• Ability to demo complex products and explain configuration details.
• Experience managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and IT processes at large orgs.
• Strong storytelling to connect tech details with business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting varied audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity; evolving program.
• Collaborative, low-ego, proactive; helps teammates finish demos.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for evaluating or migrating across platforms; plan migrations spanning 2026–2028.
• Own discovery, deep-dive demos, and sandboxes for prospects and customers.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth migration and quick value realization.
• Support configuration and minor technical changes to finalize implementations.
• Create and maintain migration guides and talk tracks for pre-/post-sales.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value for both technical and economic buyers.
• Incorporate customer feedback into Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
