Job summary

Corestream seeks a detail-oriented Content & Platform Data Specialist to own client-facing marketing content and platform configuration end-to-end. You’ll source collateral from providers, input dynamic content into internal systems, and support onboarding with Implementation and Product teams.

You will review inputs against source material before publishing, manage ongoing content updates, and act as the primary liaison between platform content, configuration, and product changes.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a process from input gathering to final delivery.
• Ability to catch errors before external/client-facing release without a downstream reviewer.
• Proactive advising on downstream implications of changes as a go-to resource.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies or gaps in processes.
• Manage a high-volume, detail-intensive workload with tight deadlines.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan and marketing content section of our client-facing platform end-to-end for onboarding and new product launches.
• Handle collateral updates and enter them into our internal system on an ongoing basis.
• Populate marketing content updates received from Product.
• Identify and source new or updated dynamic content values from providers and partners and enter them into our internal system.
• Review and verify all platform entries against source material before publishing.
• Serve as primary point of contact between platform content/structure and Product on questions or changes.
• Flag content dependencies, gaps, risks, or required updates and work with Product to clarify requirements.
• Execute and follow through on content and configuration updates from Product changes and escalate issues when necessary.
