Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the Small Law market. You will become an expert on LexisNexis products, delivering education, support, and demonstrations to legal professionals.

This hybrid role requires a JD or equivalent paralegal experience, strong communication, virtual training skills, and a track record in sales or training. You will build relationships and collaborate with sales to grow revenue across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Have a Juris Doctor degree, or comparable experience in a paralegal, legal secretary or law librarian role.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrate excellent proven sales and/or training experience.
• Have legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools.
• Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams with different functions.
• Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support on LexisNexis products to legal professionals.
• Grow revenue by expanding usage within assigned accounts/territory.
• Deliver product demonstrations and trainings to customers.
• Build relationships and collaborate with sales to develop strategic account plans.
• Identify upsell opportunities with sales partners.
