Responsibilities

Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
Explain challenges and guide clients with education and consultation to improve outcomes.
Reach out via phone and email to identify training and product needs.
Deliver tailored customer presentations and trainings, highlighting value propositions.
Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategic account plans.
Partner with sales to demonstrate products and grow revenue.
