Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a Solutions Consultant to educate, support, and drive usage of our products. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and build strong relationships.

You will understand customer needs, provide guidance, and collaborate with Sales on strategy and account plans. A Juris Doctorate is required, and travel up to 50% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor research and share findings with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance and education.
