Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Account Management, Global Operations and Product, ensuring the design, deployment and ongoing use of client integrations with the Flexport Ecosystem. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Client Solutions, and enable successful adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to drive integrations between Flexport, customers and ERP/TMS/WMS systems.
• Familiarity with transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2) and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools to improve testing, documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for common integrations (POs, bookings, ASNs, shipments).
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and drive testing and operations impacts for complex projects.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, documentation and troubleshooting workflows.
• Share insights on freight scenarios that affect integrations with Ecosystem peers.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Global Operations to socialize SOP changes.
