Job summary

Flexport is seeking an Operations Solutions Manager to join its enterprise fulfillment team. You will sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and product, translating high-volume client needs into scalable warehouse processes, pick/pack flows, and WMS/ERP integrations.

You will design workflows, run time studies, and build cost-to-serve estimates, then stay through implementation to ensure what is sold is delivered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on warehouse operations experience with process/industrial engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building or validating cost-to-serve models from deal desk or pricing conversations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP platforms and their integrations in fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to scope fulfillment solutions for enterprise clients as the operational SME.
• Own solution design from pre-sale through onboarding, including cost scoping and time studies.
• Design warehouse workflows and process flows for non-standard requirements with clear cost lens.
• Identify gaps in product capabilities and build business cases for tooling or headcount.
• Propose implementation timelines based on scope and readiness.
• Establish reusable frameworks and best practices for onboarding enterprise accounts.
