Job summary

Flexport is seeking a talented Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Account Management, Global Operations, Solutions Engineers and Product. You will ensure successful design, development, deployment and ongoing utilization of integrations for clients, aligning Flexport Platform with the external Global Trade Ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end delivery of integrations, gather requirements, design tests, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
3+ years of work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS integrations or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for common integrations including purchase orders, booking, AS2, milestones and invoices.
Gather requirements and design project handoffs, tests and operational impacts for complex integrations.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, documentation and troubleshooting workflows.
Share insights on freight scenarios that affect integrations with Flexport Ecosystem peers.
Collaborate with Account Management and Global Operations to socialise SOP changes for clients.
