gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers across our entire ad products stack. We help our customers maximize their use of our ad and publisher products and guide them when they need assistance. Our services range from enabling better self-help and in-product support to providing support through interactions, account setup, ad campaign implementation, media solutions, and complex technical and measurement solutions, including consultative support for large customers. These solutions are tailored and scalable for millions of customers worldwide.
Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance customer experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers receive the best return on investment with Google and trust us as a partner.
In this role, you'll identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, address systemic issues, and work with Google experts across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Policy to develop scaled solutions leveraging data, analytics, and AI. You will advocate for the customer’s needs by collaborating across teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.
