The Sr Specialist, Customer Solutions will support the global Sales and Account Management teams on complex, enterprise opportunities, develop solutions that meet clients’ needs, drive operational standardization, provide demonstrations and subject matter expertise to accelerate the sales and onboarding process, and improve the overall client experience. This role will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing and Product Management to drive growth, ensure scale and increase customer satisfaction. The key focus will be supporting complex global enterprise prospects and clients and penetrating new industries/markets through demonstration support, discovery, subject matter expertise, and process walks.
