Job description

The Sr Specialist, Customer Solutions will support the global Sales and Account Management teams on complex, enterprise opportunities, develop solutions that meet clients’ needs, drive operational standardization, provide demonstrations and subject matter expertise to accelerate the sales and onboarding process, and improve the overall client experience. This role will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing and Product Management to drive growth, ensure scale and increase customer satisfaction. The key focus will be supporting complex global enterprise prospects and clients and penetrating new industries/markets through demonstration support, discovery, subject matter expertise, and process walks.

Responsibilities (Duties)
  • Support Sales & Account Management in closing complex, high-value global deals through technical demonstrations, discovery, Q&A, and process walks, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Assist in the RFP process by providing demonstrations and serving as a technical expert for RFP teams.
  • Understand client needs and develop scalable, best-practice recommendations.
  • Partner with Onboarding to ensure efficient account onboarding.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and solutions support in client communications, addressing gaps post-Go-Live for successful transitions.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to shape product roadmaps, close gaps, penetrate new markets, and win strategic deals; serve as SME on non-standard product requests.
  • Act as a liaison between revenue and operations, supporting product & compliance issues.
  • Work with marketing and sales enablement to update training materials and resources.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop collateral for new industries/markets.
  • Manage inbound tickets and requests as part of the solution team.
  • Willingness to obtain Six-Sigma Green Belt certification to support client-facing process walks.
Qualifications (Requirements, Skills and Education)
  • Deep knowledge of Accurate Background’s systems, products, and processes or extensive industry experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Experience with HR Technology Solutions, Applicant Tracking Systems, Web Conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), and call technology (Gong).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Atlassian, Monday.com.
  • Ability to understand and present complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Assertive, self-confident, and collaborative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to manage executive presentations.
  • HR Solution Sales experience and Challenger Sale familiarity are advantageous.
$98,200 - $131,000 a year
The annual base salary ranges from $98,200 to $131,000, varying based on experience and qualifications. The role may include performance-based bonuses, commissions, or other variable pay. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401k. Further details will be provided during the hiring process.
