Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise software implementations from discovery to go-live. You will partner with customers, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

You will facilitate testing, training, and adoption programs while ensuring project success and continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions in a consulting, implementation, or technical delivery role.
• Experience leading customer implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, with Windchill preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Experience managing customer stakeholders, resolving project risks, and driving successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements workshops to understand business needs and define implementation strategies.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation plans.
• Configure, deploy, and support enterprise software solutions while aligning with customer goals and best practices.
• Partner with project teams to manage implementation activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate testing, user acceptance activities, deployment readiness, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Deliver customer training and enablement programs to support adoption and long-term success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing guidance and resolving challenges.
