This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and requires pilots, workshops, demos, and proof points to connect Synthesia capabilities to customer KPIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting or related role.
• Strong discovery and customer-facing storytelling ability.
• Experience leading demos and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable bridging pre-sale and post-sale activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to uncover business priorities and success metrics.
• Design pilots, workshops, demos, and proof points with clear success criteria.
• Translate needs into validated solution approaches and customer recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure value realization and adoption.
