Job summary

VitalEdge Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect to support LHP Telematics within the VitalEdge portfolio. You will shape the demo strategy and create compelling customer experiences for dealers, OEM partners, and prospective customers.

You will translate capabilities into business value and own customer-facing demos and technical discussions. The role involves working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and existing architects, with travel for customer visits and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience leading live software demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for customers evaluating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations of the LHP Telematics platform for existing and prospective customers, tailoring to fleet and use cases.
• Build and maintain the LHP demo environment with representative data reflecting real-world scenarios.
• Translate discovery questions and product capabilities into a consistent, compelling demo narrative.
• Serve as a technical resource in customer conversations, addressing platform, data, integrations, and technical capabilities.
• Assist mapping telematics data to VitalEdge solutions (ERP, DMS, Rental) during onboarding and discovery.
• Develop hands-on expertise with the LHP demo and training systems and keep environments current as capabilities evolve.
• Shadow OEM and Customer Sales during onboarding and customer conversations.
• Represent VitalEdge at customer meetings, OEM engagements, events, and conferences as needed.
• Provide structured feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing on objections, gaps, and use cases.
• Help establish scalable best practices for demonstrating LHP Telematics within the VitalEdge portfolio.
