Job summary

VitalEdge Technologies, a global provider of heavy equipment software, seeks an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the IntelliDealer platform rollout. You will configure solutions, lead client engagements, and ensure a seamless go-live that drives adoption and efficiency.

This role blends technical expertise, business process understanding, and client-facing consulting to deliver meaningful outcomes. Travel up to 10% and post-acquisition growth are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP, DMS, or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, workflows, and business processes.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize IntelliDealer solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align on solutions.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure accuracy and readiness; support go-live.
• Conduct post-go-live follow-ups to drive adoption and satisfaction; identify optimization opportunities.
