Job summary

VitalEdge Technologies Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive telematics demonstrations and customer engagements for the LHP Telematics platform. The role focuses on shaping demo narratives, owning the demo environment, and translating product capabilities into business value for dealers, OEMs, and prospective customers.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and engineering teams, travel for customer visits and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar.
• Experience leading live software demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations of the LHP Telematics platform for customers, tailoring to fleet and needs.
• Build and maintain the demo environment with representative data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft a compelling demo narrative.
• Serve as a technical resource during customer discussions on platform, data, integrations, and capabilities.
• Map telematics data to VitalEdge ERP, DMS, and Rental solutions during discovery.
