You will shape design patterns, data models, and security architecture while driving integration strategies with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft. The role requires leading technical governance, conducting reviews, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and custom apps.
• Proven integrations design using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, large data volumes, performance, and indexing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across projects and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and standards across teams.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and asynchronous processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-level architecture and technical designs.
• Drive integration strategies with REST/SOAP, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Lead design and code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote reusable frameworks.
• Mentor senior developers and drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to enable platform adoption.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and oversee performance optimization and LDV considerations.
