Job summary

ScaleneWorks INC., Atlanta, seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across multiple clouds and integrated systems.

You will own the Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, integrations, environments, and release strategy, and guide technical discovery sessions translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds.
• Strong knowledge of data models, security, and release strategies.
• Experience with integration patterns using REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Ability to guide technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across clouds and integrated systems.
• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture including data models, security, integrations, environments, and release strategy.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Design and govern implementations using Apex, MuleSoft, FSC, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce configuration.
• Architect and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, middleware, ETL, and iPaaS tools.
• Define data architecture, migration strategies, and integration patterns when transitioning from legacy systems.
• Create and review architecture documentation including diagrams, data flows, designs, and deployment models.
• Define environment strategy, CI/CD approach, and release management plans.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies proactively.
