Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst to lead program management for product development initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and support teams to align business objectives, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies. This full-time hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week with an option to work from home on the remaining days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience plus 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with CRM and ECM.
• Proven success as a Project Manager and ability to manage multiple projects of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads program management of product development initiatives across Canon organizations.
• Drives planning, execution, and lifecycle management of innovative solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with customers, prospects, and sales teams to understand objectives and drive customer success throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept work to validate solution fit and guide implementation.
