Expect some development of data visualizations and training to empower stakeholders.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule in-office three days a week and optional remote work others, with potential changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or operations analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and LLM orchestration (LangChain).
• Background supporting large enterprise accounts or client-facing delivery.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Delivers standard reports and data visualizations by deadlines with accuracy.
• Develops AI solutions to automate analyses of large confidential datasets.
• Audits AI outputs to prevent hallucinations and ensure accuracy.
• Tracks reliability, bias, and accuracy metrics of deployed AI models.
• Designs Tableau/Power BI dashboards and communicates AI insights to executives.
• Collaborates with engineering to scope, test, and deploy automation workflows.
