Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst to research, plan, and evaluate processes and implementations. The role focuses on leading solution design and driving customer success across Canon and partner technologies in a hybrid schedule.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with CRM/ECM expertise and strong IT communication skills. In-office three days a week with the remainder optional work from home, subject to business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with CRM, ECM.
• Proven success as a Project Manager and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in IT technologies and in communicating technically with client IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies with key decision makers and end-user customers across Canon channels.
• Leads program management for product development initiatives and lifecycle management.
• Partners with customers and sales teams to understand objectives and drive customer success.
• Serve as technical lead and SME through the sales and solution development lifecycle.
