Job summary

Canon U.S.A. Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst to research, plan, and evaluate processes and systems, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role offers full-time, hybrid work (in-office three days a week, with some remote work) and a salary range of $92,210 to $138,080 per year, plus benefits. You will lead discovery, craft proposals, SOWs, and cost estimates while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required plus 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with CRM and ECM.
• Proven success as a Project Manager and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in IT technologies and in communicating technically with client IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management of existing and future product development initiatives across Canon organizations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and support teams to align objectives and roadmaps.
• Provide solution demonstrations, technical consultations, and PoC development to validate fit.
• Develop and deliver proposals, SOWs, architecture recommendations, and cost estimates.
