Client is seeking a Solutions Architect - OEM for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will partner with OEM stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions, resolve complex issues, and support qualification of server designs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical problem‑solving, and delivery excellence within a fast-moving hardware environment. Travel may be required to meet project goals and support teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in a technical role such as Solutions Architect or Systems Engineer.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing issues in complex server or computing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and client engagements effectively.
• Understanding of server components including CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, and interconnects.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnostic data.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect - OEM to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

In this remote role, you will partner closely with OEM stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to evaluate solutions, resolve complex issues, and support the qualification of new server and computing designs. You will play a key role in advancing system-level architecture across high-performance platforms, with a focus on collaboration, technical problem-solving, and delivery excellence. This position is well suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering depth, customer engagement, and project coordination in a fast-moving hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,000 – $241,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and the custom design solutions team to evaluate new solutions and oversee qualification submissions
• Develop positive relationships with OEM partners, ensuring project alignment and issue resolution
• Analyze server and computing platforms to deliver high-quality solutions at the system level
