Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Solutions Architect I or II for Corporate Solutions. The hybrid role requires 3 days in office at key offices and supports a complex legacy environment spanning Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, Archiving, Middleware, and Integration platforms.

You will drive modernization, design scalable data pipelines, and lead architectural efforts while collaborating with executives to translate business strategy into technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; 7+ IT years with leadership and architecture experience; 2+ years leading architecture; 3+ years end-to-end solution design.
• For II, advanced degree and 5+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions; deep understanding of integration patterns and legacy modernization.
• Experience in health insurance ecosystem or payer-oriented processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture across multiple domains.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and develop modernization roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Design scalable solutions replacing highly customized legacy implementations.
• Lead evaluation of integrations: file-based, API-driven, streaming; define modern patterns.
• Guide build vs. buy decisions and mentor engineers and architects.
