Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Solutions Architect I or II for a hybrid role. You’ll guide corporate architecture spanning Finance, Legal, Compliance, and more, modernizing legacy systems and driving scalable cloud-based solutions.

The role demands deep integration experience and the ability to communicate with executives while mentoring engineers. You will collaborate on AI-enabled workflows, evaluate third-party platforms, and define pragmatic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus seven years IT experience with leadership and architecture.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments and modernizing legacy systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture across multiple domains.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and develop modernization roadmaps.
• Design scalable, modern solutions reducing customization and enabling growth.
• Lead evaluations of existing integrations and define modern patterns to replace aging approaches.
• Guide build vs. buy decisions and mentor engineers and architects.
