Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead Corporate Solutions architecture, spanning Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, and Integration platforms. You will diagnose legacy complexity, craft modernization roadmaps, and design scalable solutions replacing bespoke systems.

You will collaborate with engineering and business leaders, influence build vs. buy decisions, and mentor a large team while translating complex concepts for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with seven years IT experience including two years of technical leadership and architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration patterns.
• Experience in health insurance or payer-oriented processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture across multiple domains.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and develop modernization roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Design scalable, modern solutions replacing highly customized legacy implementations.
• Lead evaluation of integrations (file-based, API-driven, streaming).
• Guide data pipeline and ETL architectures for on-prem and cloud-native approaches.
• Evaluate AI platforms and partner with internal AI teams to translate capability into solutions.
