Job summary

REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to become a product expert, explaining capabilities and the product roadmap. You will travel for on‑site demonstrations, deliver technical training, and support BD, Sales, and PM teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of SIP, IP networking, network security, and related technologies, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or AAS in a related technical discipline with 3–6 years of experience, or equivalent via certifications.
Strong knowledge of IP networking, SIP, XMPP, Wireshark, SBC, RF networks, and virtualization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of REDCOM product set and capabilities.
Design, install, configure, and maintain product demonstration kits and networks.
Lead technical conversations with BD, Sales, and PM to determine customer requirements.
Assist BD Team with closing opportunities and growing REDCOM revenue.
Deliver instructor‑led training (virtual, on-site, or at customer sites).
Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
