Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Technical Lead - Solutions Architect to design and deliver mission-critical software solutions within a federal-style environment. You will lead engineers, coordinate with product owners, and ensure projects meet timelines and security requirements.

You will mentor staff, oversee SDLC adherence, and drive continuous improvement while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years as a professional technical lead.
• Experience migrating to and supporting applications in an Azure environment.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage agile project team in Operations and Maintenance of work stream applications.
• Suggest improvements to operations and service; lead continuous improvement projects.
• Guide team development toward on-time delivery.
• Maintain high software quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership via coaching and mentorship.
