Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration in Virginia is seeking a Technical Lead - Solutions Architect to design and deliver mission-critical solutions within a hybrid work model. You will guide agile teams, ensure on-time delivery, and align technical direction with client needs in a federal contracting context.

The role requires 5–7 years as a professional technical lead, Azure experience, and a Certified Scrum Master certification.

Qualifications

Five to seven years as a professional technical lead.
Experience managing tier three incidents with timely, knowledgeable ticket handling and SLA/KPI.
Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Main point of contact for customer escalations to management.
Experience with Azure environment.
Certified Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

Manage agile project team in Operations and Maintenance of work stream applications.
Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers; manage continuous improvement projects.
Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team.
Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
Ensure smooth functioning of technical operations.
Monitor and evaluate staff progress.
Assist with defining job descriptions and recruitment of replacement resources.
Set goals and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Manage development team, technical approach, and software delivery performance.
