Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Lead Architect for a remote role focused on automation-led architecture to improve deployment, integration, and operationalization of technical solutions.

You will collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate infrastructure requirements into scalable architectures and reusable automation assets, while also contributing hands-on depth and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional IT experience with infrastructure or automation
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows
• Hands-on automation experience in virtualization, Linux/Unix, SQL, and public cloud environments
• Expert proficiency in Python and Ansible, with familiarity in Git and architecture tools

Responsibilities

• Deliver automation-led architecture and professional services to customers
• Build strategic relationships with customers and internal teams
• Design and validate automated deployment architectures, ensuring performance and integration
• Develop reusable automation assets such as Ansible playbooks and Python modules

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Lead Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on designing and delivering automation-led architecture that improves how customers deploy, integrate, and operationalize technical solutions.

You will partner closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate complex infrastructure requirements into scalable, validated architectures and reusable automation assets.

The position also combines hands-on technical depth with training, field validation, and ongoing backlog management to support successful adoption and execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $137,360 - $171,700 annually
