Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customers’ engagements across Intelligence Center X (ICX), SLC, Mendix, and other Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings. The role translates business needs into secure, scalable architectures and guides cross-functional teams from discovery to deployment.

You’ll own architecture governance, define non-functional requirements, and mentor consultants while partnering with customers and partners to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformations.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong skills across applications, data, integrations, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into clear designs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing scope, risks, and changes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution definition from discovery through deployment.
• Govern architecture documents, specs, data models, and interface designs.
• Define non-functional requirements and validate them during reviews.
• Lead design reviews and manage technical debt with appropriate mitigations.
• Coordinate activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Mentor consultants and provide architecture guidance to delivery teams.
