Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non‑functional requirements.
Ability to translate business processes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.
Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and define end-to-end architecture across Siemens and customer capabilities.
Coordinate architecture governance and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, data and AI specialists, and integration resources.
Decompose solutions into work packages with estimates and detailed plans.
Ensure design decisions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Mentor teams and contribute reusable reference architectures and standards.
