Job summary

Siemens Professional Services seeks a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements across ICX, SLC, Mendix and other Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures.

You will drive end-to-end solution design, governance, and delivery leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring reuse of patterns and standards across engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and define end-to-end architecture across Siemens and customer capabilities.
• Govern architecture documents, specifications, data models, and implementation guidance.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, and partners.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
