Job summary

Siemens seeks a Solution Architect to lead technical delivery for Intelligence Center X engagements. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures, govern end-to-end solutions, and guide cross-disciplinary teams across consulting, data, AI, and integrations.

You will drive architecture reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure reusable patterns while aligning with customer outcomes and Siemens standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer processes and measures of success.
• Own the technical integrity and coherence of the complete solution across Siemens and customer components.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, data and AI specialists, and partners.
• Coordinate activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Mentor teams in architecture methods, documentation, and customer communication.
• Represent Siemens with integrity and comply with applicable requirements.
