Job summary

The Solution Architect at Siemens Professional Services leads technical engagements across Intelligence Center X, Mendix, and related offerings. You translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and govern end-to-end solution delivery.

You will guide cross‑functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, manage risk and technical debt, and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and operational requirements while aligning with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software design and delivery with technical leadership across delivery teams.
• Ability to translate business processes into architecture and implementation guidance.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations/time zones as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and define end-to-end architecture.
• Govern architecture documents, functional/technical specifications, interfaces, and data models.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, data/AI specialists, and partners.
• Lead design reviews; manage technical debt and deviations with rationale and mitigation.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Mentor engineers and ensure knowledge transfer; ensure release readiness and governance.
