Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted advisor, translating complex operational requirements into scalable, best-practice configurations within the ServiceTitan platform. The role bridges business process design, technical configuration, and customer outcomes to deliver measurable value and long-term success.

You will partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Sales, and Engineering to design, validate, and optimize architectures that support growth,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Design, or Implementation roles.
• Experience designing and supporting SaaS platforms with complex business logic.
• Strong understanding of service-based or field service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or similar).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceTitan solutions aligned to customer goals and best practices.
• Translate workflows into scalable configurations across business units, pricebooks, and integrations.
• Act as SME on ServiceTitan capabilities and roadmap-aligned solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance during onboarding, optimization, and expansion phases.
