ByteDance is seeking a Technical Training & Solutions Consultant in New York to deliver comprehensive technical training for channel partners and customers, conduct solution discussions, and troubleshoot post-sales issues. You will support architecture reviews, PoC validation, and industry-specific best practices.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales/solutions consulting, hands-on content production, and familiarity with Generative Media AI models.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related fields, with 3+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Hands-on experience in content production (VFX, advertising, game development, etc.).
• Familiarity with Generative Media AI models (video, image, audio).
• Experience deploying AI-powered content pipelines in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deliver, and update product and technical training for channel partners and customers.
• Participate in customer discussions to understand requirements and assist with solution design and PoC validation.
• Diagnose and resolve post-sales technical issues and provide on-site support for high-priority incidents.
