Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead Dynamics 365 F&O implementations remotely, guiding projects from discovery through go-live and beyond.

You’ll translate complex business needs into scalable architectures across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and project operations, while mentoring teams, supporting pre-sales, and promoting the Microsoft Success by Design framework and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dynamics AX / D365 F&O experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Functional knowledge in finance and/or supply chain; familiarity with integrations, data entities, Azure and Dataverse.
• Ability to present to executives and simplify complex topics.
• Microsoft certification such as Solution Architect Expert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, from discovery through go-live and beyond.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and project operations.
• Guide functional and technical teams on fit-gap analysis, integrations, data migration and extensions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, from process owners to the C-suite.
• Support pre-sales with solution scoping, estimates and demos.
• Champion best practices, including Microsoft’s Success by Design framework, Lifecycle Services (LCS) and the Power Platform.
