Job summary

OJ Digital, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company, seeks a technically strong Solutions Architect to join its post-sales team in New York. You will own end-to-end enterprise integrations, collaborating with customer engineering teams to deliver implementations from requirements to production go-live.

The role requires hands-on REST API integration work, experience with ERP/financing systems, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in Solutions Architecture or similar.
• Strong post-sales implementation experience in enterprise SaaS or API-first environments.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging REST API integrations beyond pre-built connectors.
• Strong understanding of JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, authentication flows and data mapping.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps with ERP, billing or financial systems.
• Experience delivering implementations through production go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to New York for hybrid working.

Responsibilities

We're working with a well-funded, high-growth enterprise SaaS company building API-first technology that helps international businesses manage complex financial and regulatory processes.

Following significant investment and continued expansion, they're looking for a technically strong Solutions Architect to join their growing post-sales team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of complex enterprise integrations, working closely with customer engineering teams to deliver successful implementations from initial requirements through to production go-live.

• Own end-to-end technical implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, go-live and post-launch support.
• Design, build, implement and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks and authentication protocols.
• Work directly with enterprise customer engineering teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Integrate API-first software with ERP, accounting, billing and financial systems.
• Translate complex financial, regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, implementation meetings and customer stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, documentation and product functionality.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3–6 years' experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Implementation, Integration Consulting or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Strong post-sales implementation experience within enterprise SaaS, API-first software or a similar technical environment.
• Proven hands-on experience building, implementing and debugging REST API integrations, beyond simply configuring pre-built connectors.
• Strong understanding of JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, authentication flows and data mapping.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with ERP, billing, accounting or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience delivering technical implementations for enterprise or mid-market customers through production go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with ownership of technical delivery.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York for hybrid working.
• Existing US work authorisation without sponsorship requirements.

Highly desirable:

• Experience with indirect tax, VAT, GST, e-invoicing or tax compliance technology.
• Background in fintech, payments, accounting or financial software.
• Experience working within a high-growth SaaS company or technology scale-up.
• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Implementation Consultant with substantial post-sales responsibilities.
