Job summary

Kollective Group seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to lead enterprise software implementations. You will design scalable solutions, run discovery sessions with clients, and drive integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and SSO across a global team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer-facing architecture roles, with experience in Salesforce/Workday/SharePoint ecosystems and strong communication skills. This role supports a high-performing, globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations with integrations.
• Knowledge of major enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, SharePoint, DocuSign, Okta or Entra ID).
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions with enterprise clients.
• Design and support integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, and enterprise apps.
• Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and reusable templates.

The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise software implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and partnering directly with customers to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with enterprise clients.
• Design and support integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, and enterprise applications.
• Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and reusable solution templates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations with multiple integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SharePoint, DocuSign, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions or agentic workflows is a plus.
• $160K -$170K OTE
