Job summary

Logz.io is seeking a highly technical Solution Engineer to join the sales and customer success team. You will own architectural touchpoints for strategic customers, lead POCs, onboarding, and complex deployments of our observability and agentic AI solutions.

You will translate deep tech into business value, drive adoption, identify opportunities for upsell, and collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a solution engineer, TAM, or DevOps/SRE with customer-facing capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in SaaS infrastructure and cloud architectures.
• Able to translate deep- tech architectures into clear business value.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Architectural ownership for strategic customers, driving onboarding and validation.
• Lead technical touchpoints, POCs, and solution demonstrations with Sales.
• Demonstrate product value, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to validate and expand customer usage of modules.
