Job summary

MetAntz is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer for an onsite role in Santa Clara, CA to support an AI observability platform for networks, cloud, and applications. The role requires hands-on Python development, deployment leadership, and collaboration with sales for demos and scoping.

You will leverage AI coding tools daily to accelerate integration work, accelerate workflows, and deliver high-quality technical solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years in a solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical customer-facing role.
• Strong Python coding proficiency with daily code development.
• Active use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and/or Go.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and Jupyter notebooks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with networking technologies and monitoring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource on the customer's analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows.
• Contribute feature-level Python code and automate workflows daily.
• Lead or co-lead deployments at customer sites and translate data and analytics requirements.
• Ensure customers are enabled for self-serve extensions of capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales for technical demos and solution scoping.
• Own design, development, and execution plans for POC engagements.
