ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect for the Global Impact team to design scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions addressing complex challenges for non-profits worldwide.

You will lead architecture, design, and governance, partner with clients and delivery teams, and guide integration strategies. This remote role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and executive sponsors to deliver mission-aligned outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification is required.
• Two additional ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITOM/ITAM/ITBM/CSM/FSM/HRSD/SecOps) are preferred.
• Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect on the Global Impact team, you will make an impact by designing scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges and drive digital transformation for non-profits globally. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, process owners, and executive sponsors to deliver innovative solutions aligned with mission and business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for Global Impacts technology donation implementations and platform enhancements.
• Lead Human Centered Design workshops and provide guidance on art of the possible

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification.
• Two additional ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, or similar).
• Experience participating in multiple ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

These Will Help You Stand Out

• ITIL v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud technologies.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
