Job summary

Echo Electric, a leading distributor of electrical products, seeks a solution-driven Project Manager to coordinate projects from PO receipt to delivery. You will liaise between Echo Electric and customers and oversee internal and external communications to ensure alignment and timely results.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. You will support cross-functional teams, provide status updates, track changes, and maintain project files to keep initiatives moving smoothly and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Teamwork mindset with willingness to learn and help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer.
• Serve as liaison between Echo Electric and customers; manage internal project coordination and external communications.
• Communicate project scope and timelines; provide status reports to customers.
• Work with reps and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries; manage change orders.
• Maintain project files with key information accessible for future needs.
• Identify roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project close out.
• Occasionally meet with customers to set expectations and timelines.
