Job summary

Echo Electric is seeking a Panel Shop Coordinator to manage projects from PO receipt to delivery. You will liaise between Echo Electric and customers, coordinating with assembly teams and maintaining transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.

You will need strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solve problems and keep projects on track. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in Sioux City, IA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of administrative experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to assist across projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project scope and timelines with customers and assembly team.
• Provide project status reports to customers.
• Coordinate with reps and manufacturers to maintain deliveries.
• Manage orders, change orders, and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain project files with key information accessible.
• Identify roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.
• Ensure invoicing and receiving are complete before closeout.
• Occasionally meet customers to set expectations and timelines.
• Assist the assembly team on projects.
