Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Solution Delivery Competence Leader to scale our solution-based and fixed-price delivery. You will own the process, estimate, and budget, delivering lighthouse engagements and building scalable templates across the portfolio.

You will drive AI-enabled delivery and governance while mentoring other PMs. Initially you will deliver one or two projects and then scale the competence across N-iX, ensuring repeatable, on-time, on-budget delivery with strong client outcomes and repeat

Qualifications

• Delivered solution-based or fixed-price software projects end-to-end, personally accountable for scope, timeline and profitability.
• Led complex multi-million-dollar engagements; 5M+ project or program experience preferred.
• Worked in a services or outsourcing company with external paying clients.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and accelerators in delivery context, and a view on their impact on estimation and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Map existing PM practices, artifacts and processes; decide what to keep and what to improve.
• Lead one or two lighthouse solution projects ($500K–$1M) to validate the delivery model.
• Build and scale the N-iX Solution Delivery Runbook with templates, governance, and accelerators.
• Drive AI adoption across PM practices and deliver proven delivery models.
• Advise on crisis projects and collaborate with Solution Leader on pre-sale delivery feasibility.
